Vintage Italian 14K Gold Delicate Floral Openwork Puffy Heart Pendant Necklace

This 14k gold necklace features a three-dimensional heart pendant with an intricate openwork floral design, suspended from a delicate Italian 14k gold chain. The dimensional heart is constructed with floral and foliate cutouts across both sides, creating a lace-like effect while keeping the piece exceptionally light and wearable.
