Antique Chinese Porcelain Shard Pendant: Hand-Painted Peaches, Sterling Silver Chain
Details
This necklace features an antique Chinese porcelain shard hand-set in a sterling silver bezel, suspended from a sterling silver box chain. Dating to approximately the late 19th to early 20th century, the porcelain likely originated from a Qing Dynasty or export ware vessel and showcases a traditional peach motif, a symbol of longevity and good fortune in Chinese culture.
Condition is excellent vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and use. The hand-painted porcelain displays soft pink and green tones and is securely bezel set. Minor surface irregularities are characteristic of antique porcelain. Any notable imperfections are described and photographed for accuracy.
