Vintage Old Carlisle Albuquerque Sterling Silver Turquoise Naja Necklace

This vintage necklace features natural turquoise nugget beads accented with sterling silver beads and a substantial sterling silver naja pendant. The naja is decorated with applied silver hearts, twisted rope detailing, and a bezel-set turquoise cabochon at the center. Both the necklace hardware and pendant are marked Old Carlisle, Albuquerque, making this a complete signed piece rather than a later pairing. It dates to approximately the 1970s to early 1980s and exemplifies Southwestern sterling silver and turquoise jewelry of the period.

Condition is very good vintage condition with surface wear and naturally developed patina consistent with age and use. The turquoise displays natural variation in color, shape, and matrix. The necklace and clasp are intact and functional. Any notable wear, repairs, replacements, or imperfections are described and photographed for accuracy.
