Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise Stud Earrings Large Southwestern Statement

This pair of vintage sterling silver earrings features large domed turquoise cabochons surrounded by twisted ropework and a hand-stamped decorative border. The substantial round design measures approximately 1.25 inches across, giving these studs an unusually bold presence on the ear. The natural turquoise displays variations of bright blue, blue-green and earthy matrix, with each stone having its own individual character. The earrings likely date to the late 20th century and exemplify classic Southwestern silver jewelry design.

Condition is very good vintage condition with expected surface wear and patina consistent with age and use. The turquoise shows natural color and matrix variation. Only one earring is marked "STERLING"; however, the earrings are clearly a matched pair and the silver content has been verified by acid testing.
